Hi there, I'm Aisha!

My adoration for baking began at a very young age. Not only have I always had a major sweet tooth, but growing up, I would bake for the holidays with my mother, my aunts and my Nonna. There was nothing sweeter than bonding with my family making delicious desserts for Christmas and Easter.

Thanks to inspiration from some of my favourite bakers on YouTube and Instagram, together with my personal flair for baking, I decided to make my dad a birthday cake, which made me realize my true potential. Then, in June 2021, I decided to launch my very own home-based cake business Plateau Gâteau! I am constantly learning new decorating tips and tricks making me improve with every cake I make!
